Responsibilities include leading quality dining programs, ensuring compliance with regulations, training staff, managing schedules, maintaining records, and promoting resident satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Associate’s or higher degree in food service management or hospitality
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience, preferably in long-term care
- ServSafe Certification and Certified Dietary Manager credentials
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to work various shifts
