Summary Coordinate daily food service operations, including preparation, distribution, and service to patients, cafeteria catering, and other customers. Oversee and maintain quality control, monitors, and takes corrective action as necessary. Assist with TM functions, to include interviewing, performance appraisals, disciplinary action, coaching, and scheduling. Coordinate TM orientation training and competency assessment. Monitor the overall security of the department. Perform all other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications Other information Requires ServSafe Manager food safety certification within 1 year of hire.
