The opportunity Delaware North Parks and Resorts is hiring a seasonal Food Service Team Member to join our team at Yellowstone General Stores in Yellowstone National Park, Wyoming. As a Food Service Team Member, you will display a positive attitude with guests and co-workers while accurately ringing up merchandise and product in an efficient manner.
Please note this is a tipped position; the hourly minimum pay listed does not include any potential tipped earnings. Pay: $17.75 - $17.75 per hour.

Dorm-style housing is available for 50 weeks, including free laundry. Full RV hookups range from 50 to 80 weeks, including water, sewer, and electricity. Meals provided at 75 weeks are optional for RV residents. Endless adventure opportunities in Yellowstone include wildlife watching, cycling, camping, kayaking, horseback riding, swimming, and much more. Close access to Grand Teton National Park and historic western town Cody, Wyoming.
What will you do?
• Welcome guests and provide knowledgeable assistance regarding available products and services • Assist with daily operational procedures, including setup, opening, and closing duties, organize inventory, and promptly report any shortages or discrepancies to the supervisor • Take and fulfill guest orders promptly and accurately, including scooping ice cream and preparing menu items • Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area throughout the shift • Accurately record all transactions using the point-of-sale (POS) system, including handling credit cards and providing correct change to guests as needed • Perform other duties as assigned

• Ability to provide excellent guest service • Basic math skills, ability to accurately account for cash and inventory • Effective communication skills, ability to communicate with guests and receive orders • Physical requirements: • Ability to lift at least 50 lbs • Ability to stand for the entire length of shift • Frequent standing, bending, stooping, carrying, walking, sitting, and reaching • Ability to move rapidly and coordinate multiple orders • May be exposed to variable temperatures, including extreme hot and cold
