Retail Supervisor must function as part of the management team, providing the first level of supervision for the culinary and food service assistant personnel. The retail supervisor will execute the following production areas: Retail food production, staff supervision, cooking to quality standards and sanitation. Supervisor must also be able to follow cash handling procedures, invoicing, scheduling and other administrative tasks as assigned. This leader will demonstrate constructive, positive, professional behavior at all times. Major emphasis is on the culinary areas and sanitation with secondary duties in other department areas.
Responsibilities:Certification Requirements: ServSafe required – sanitation *willing to let obtain within first 6 months of employment
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Computer proficiency and technical aptitude with the ability to utilize one or more of the following:
