Overview The Food Service Representative (FSR) in the Away from Home segment will execute a selling strategy in assigned accounts out in the Abeline and San Angelo market. A successful candidate will manage key customer relationships, including customer agreements that deliver against internal operating plans and customer expectations. Customers for this segment may include: Restaurants, C&G Fountain, Rec/Amusement, Access, Lodging, and Special Events. Responsibilities Maximize volume and revenue in assigned accounts (base customers and new partnerships) utilizing fact-based selling methods Responsible for executing annual plan against priority brand distribution in designated territory Execution of Contract/Customer Development Agreements including Trade Payment Management Build and maintain strategic partnerships with customers and drive customer satisfaction through superior service and execution including contract renewals Activate local and national marketplace initiatives and promotions to build brand development and maximize brand performance Ensure customers are complying with PBC contract requirements Work closely with the Selling Operations team to improve overall customer satisfaction Analyze customer information and business trends using Dashboard & ERT data to identify and expand business opportunities Forecasting responsibility Beverage Optimizer management Responsible for coordinating fountain, bottle and can and supply income growth Compensation and Benefits: The expected compensation range for this position is between $60,600 - $94,450. Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process. Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 10% of annual salary paid out quarterly. PepsiCo offers a Fixed and Variable Rate (FAVR) reimbursement benefit for this role. Qualifications 3 years of food & beverage experience or fact-based selling experience. Bachelor's degree is preferred and/or equivalent work experience. Food Service or consumer packaged goods experience. Knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power Bi). Must be willing and able to lift 40 lbs. periodically. Bilingual - strongly preferred. Must have a valid driver's license. Safe driving record strongly preferred. Must have interpersonal, communication, team working and customer service skills. Previous experience working with distributors, restaurants and retail channels is a plus.
