Responsibilities
Lead daily food service operations across multiple campus locations
Supervise and develop kitchen staff
Manage food production, inventory, and purchasing
Control food and labor costs
Coordinate catering for school events
Ensure food safety and allergen compliance
Manage vendor relationships and ordering
Deliver an outstanding dining experience for students and staff
Qualifications
3+ years of food service management experience
ServSafe Manager Certification (or ability to obtain)
Strong leadership and team development skills
Experience with budgeting, scheduling, and inventory
Excellent customer service and organizational abilities
Experience in schools, healthcare, higher education, catering, or institutional dining preferred
