Sodexo’s Campus Segment is seeking a Food Service Manager 3 at Ramapo College of New Jersey in Mahwah, NJ. We are seeking a dynamic and creative Food Service Manager to join our team and lead residential dining operations for a vibrant and diverse student community. This role blends strong operational leadership with innovation—analyzing dining trends, student feedback, and service patterns to introduce fresh menu ideas and engaging dining experiences.
As a key member of the residential dining team, you will help maintain the overall look, feel, and hospitality of the dining experience while building meaningful connections with students and staff. You will ensure high standards of food quality, safety, service, and operational excellence. This is a closing role that works past midnight and includes weekend coverage. A culinary background is a strong plus.
The Food Service Manager 3 also provides leadership over multi-functional food service concepts within the main dining hall at this showcase account—ensuring exceptional client satisfaction and contributing to revenue growth through the effective implementation of Sodexo programs and Standard Operating Procedures.
