Typical Responsibilities Under general supervision of the Director of Base Operations and Food Service Supervisor, this position performs a variety of operation-related tasks in support of food and beverage service for Eaglecrest guests, events, and/or activities. With direct involvement from the Food Service Supervisor, the kitchen lead performs the function of inventorying and ordering food and supplies. The kitchen lead in conjunction with the Food Service Supervisor and the Director of Base Operations will train, motivate, and discipline the food service staff. The food service lead maintains a high level of guest service and a menu with a variety of food offerings. Minimum Qualifications Education: High school graduation or the equivalent.Experience: Two (2) years of experience in preparing, cooking and serving food.Other: Alaska Food Worker Card must be obtained within 30 days of appointment.
