We're seeking the right candidate for the position of Food Service & Hospitality Supervisor at St Anthony's Gardens Assisted Living. In this vital role, you'll ensure that our residents receive the highest level of care while collaborating with a dedicated team, providing exceptional clinical leadership and support. What You Bring to the Table: Essential Qualifications: · Monitor food quality and portion control to maintain high standards of nutrition and satisfaction among residents. · Oversee meal service to ensure residents receive timely and appropriate meals according to their individualized dietary plans. · This position requires flexible hours/days, night, weekends and holidays. · Assists in assigning specific jobs and spot checking to ensure standards are met. · Ensures that all policies and procedures related to safety and health are followed, including but not limited to MSDS information, safe work practices, infection control and universal precautions. · Promote teamwork within the department and between departments to ensure smooth operations and quality service. · Assists in development, implementation and maintenance of written dining room service objectives and standards of practice with procedures for implementation. · Assists in assuring staff education is provided to dining room personnel in accordance with the staff education plan, plus provides the job training for dining room personnel. · Ensure that dining room service follows all local, federal and state regulations in relation to service, sanitation and personnel. · Conduct daily pre-shift meetings, in-service training and tailored training courses. · Inspects multiple pantries and equipment's to determine repair or maintenance needs and cleanliness. · Attends in-service training/meetings and ensure monthly education sessions through Relias are being completed on time as assigned. · Auditing pantries' service offerings, initiating improvements with dietary manager. · Performs specific work duties and responsibilities as assigned by manager.
