Food Service Assistant Manager Responsibilities:
You'll work closely with our general restaurant manager to make sure we serve quality food that meets and exceeds guests' expectations. You'll handle the important behind-the-scenes functions that keep our restaurant running smoothly, including scheduling employees, maintaining inventory levels, and coordinating finances like sales versus cost numbers. Each day, you'll oversee staff members, jump in to help where needed, and take care of any customer problems. You'll train new hires, make sure kitchen staff follow all quality and safety rules, and assist with general administrative matters to make a significant difference every day!
