The Food Server serves food and beverages to patrons in the dining establishment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Present menu, answer questions, ability to clearly communicate menu specifications and details to guests and make suggestions regarding food and beverage.
- Write order on check or memorize
- Input order in Micros system to kitchen and serve courses from kitchen and service bars.
- Garnish and decorate dishes preparatory to serving.
- Observe guests to respond to any additional requests and to determine when the meal has been completed.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Education and/or Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED
- One year related experience
- OR equivalent combination of education and experience
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
- Class II Gaming License issued from the Squaxin Island Gaming Commission
- Current Washington State Food Worker Card
- Class 12 Mixologist/Class13 Alcohol Server Permit
