The Fine Dining Server provides an elevated, attentive, and polished dining experience by delivering exceptional table service, demonstrating expert menu knowledge, and anticipating guest needs. This role ensures each guest receives refined, personalized service consistent with fine‑dining standards while supporting smooth front‑of‑house operations through professionalism, accuracy, and strong communication.
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Two or more years of serving experience required, with at least one year in a fine‑dining or upscale environment strongly preferred.
Strong knowledge of food, wine, spirits, and service techniques.
Excellent communication and guest service skills with the ability to maintain a polished and professional presence.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast‑paced, high‑expectation environment.
Ability to obtain and maintain any required state gaming, alcohol service, or regulatory licenses.
Additional Requirements
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
Ability to lift or carry up to 25 pounds including trays, glassware, and supplies.
Ability to work in environments with variable noise levels, lighting, and guest activity.
Ability to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, holidays, and special events.

Provide warm, polished, and attentive service to all guests while maintaining a refined and professional demeanor.
Present menus, describe dishes, and offer thoughtful recommendations based on guest preferences and menu pairings.
Demonstrate expert‑level knowledge of food, wine, cocktails, and specialty offerings to guide guest selections.
Take accurate orders, coordinate timing with the kitchen, and ensure proper pacing of courses. Serve food and beverages with precision, elegance, and attention to detail.
Anticipate guest needs by monitoring tables, refilling beverages, clearing courses, and providing proactive service.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned sections, service stations, and surrounding areas.
Collaborate closely with bartenders, food runners, bussers, and culinary staff to ensure seamless service flow.
Follow all responsible alcohol service guidelines and Health Department standards.
Process payments accurately using the POS system and follow all cash‑handling procedures.
Address guest concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
Support opening and closing duties including setup, breakdown, and side work.
Perform additional duties or special assignments as required.
