Responsibilities include applying scientific principles in research, development, quality control, packaging, and processing of nutritional foods and dietary supplements. Key tasks involve taking products from concept to manufacturing, researching new applications, evaluating raw materials, and recommending improvements in flavor, texture, nutrition, and cost. Providing technical support to customers is also essential.
Requirements include a degree in food science or related field, at least 3 years of hands-on experience in developing nutritional products, and the ability to work in-office (no remote/hybrid). Sponsorships or visa holders are not accepted.
