We are seeking a Food Safety & Quality Assurance Manager to lead end-to-end food safety initiatives at a global airline catering and food services company.
In this on-site role located in Las Vegas, you will oversee HACCP, FSMA Preventive Controls, and regulatory compliance, serving as the site PCQI.
You will manage audits, inspections, and corrective actions, ensuring adherence to FDA, USDA, and customer standards.
Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s in Food Science or related field, PCQI and HACCP certifications, and 5+ years of experience in regulated manufacturing, with strong knowledge of FDA & USDA regulations, FSMA, and cGMPs.
