We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee our food production operations at Buckhead Life Restaurant Group. This position is vital for ensuring the highest quality of food preparation and delivery, while maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of food production, including planning, coordination, and execution.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain high sanitary standards.
Supervise kitchen staff, providing training and performance evaluations.
Develop and implement menus in collaboration with culinary teams.
Monitor inventory levels and assist in purchasing decisions.
Collaborate with management to ensure customer satisfaction and quality service.
Resolve any issues that arise during food preparation and service.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in kitchen management or food production
Prior experience as a Sous Chef, Kitchen Manager, or Production Supervisor
Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation standards
Ability to manage high-volume kitchen environments
Excellent leadership and organizational skills
High school diploma or equivalent require
Preferred Requirements
Experience in high-volume food production.
