What You'll Do Every Day

• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) to keep everything safe and clean
• Build desserts according to clear instructions
• Meet production goals within the required time
• Maintain a tidy and clean organizedwork area
• Follow dress code & personal hygiene rules
• Report waste or any time you step off the line
• Protect food quality and safety throughout your shift
• Learn safety systems like SQF, HACCP, and GMP (training provided!)
• Follow company policies and assist with other tasks as needed

What We're Looking For:

• Reliable transportation and ability to work flexible hours
• Willing to work overtime and weekends when needed
• Able to read or write inEnglish or Spanish
• Able to stay focused in a fast-paced, loud environment
• Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset
• Able to follow strict safety rules 100% of the time
