Production Line Lead Reports To: Production Supervisor Shifts: AM or PM Type of Position: Full-Time, Non-Exempt Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Production Line Lead to oversee day-to-day operations of our Roast production line. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading large teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and will ensure optimal productivity, quality, and safety standards are met. The Production Line Lead oversees and coordinates the daily operations of production lines, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to safety and quality standards. This role involves managing production processes, directing line workers, monitoring equipment, and conducting quality control checks to maintain product integrity across different product lines. The lead is responsible for maintaining a high level of attention to detail and operating at a fast pace to meet key performance indicators. Additional responsibilities include maintaining documentation in ERP systems and ensuring proper sanitation and handling of various food products. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
