Picture your day: you check in with your Shift Supervisor, gear up, review safety and quality notes, and step onto a production line where timing, teamwork, and precision matter. You help keep the line moving, the area spotless, and the product compliant with USDA, GMP, and SQF standards—every time.

About the role

  • Department: Production

  • Reports to: Shift Supervisor

What you will do

  • Produce quality products that meet customer specifications and regulatory requirements.
  • Communicate clearly and promptly with your supervisor and support teammates as needed.
  • Follow directions and apply training on Safety, Quality Assurance, and USDA rules.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
  • Work at the pace of the production line while maintaining accuracy.
  • Practice GMPs consistently, including proper handwashing and adherence to the employee hygiene plan.
  • Follow all USDA guidelines and uphold the SQF Food Safety Code for Manufacturing.
  • Report any food safety or quality concerns immediately to supervision and/or QA; comply with customer requirements when applicable.
  • Pitch in with other duties as assigned or when you volunteer to help.

What you bring

  • Hardworking, reliable, safety-minded, and a collaborative teammate.
  • Basic reading, writing, and math abilities.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment and packaging a plus.

Food safety mindset

You proactively flag any potential risks or signs of out-of-spec products, equipment, packaging, or raw materials to a manager so issues can be resolved quickly.

  • Lift up to 50 lbs.
