What you’ll do
Direct daily production activities to consistently achieve quality and efficiency targets.
Lead, coach, and mentor production team members to build a supportive, high-performing environment.
Monitor production schedules and make real-time adjustments to stay on track with commitments.
Champion and uphold safety procedures to maintain a safe workplace.
Review production data and KPIs to pinpoint trends and drive improvements.
Coordinate cross-functionally to keep materials, quality checks, and communication flowing.
Facilitate regular team meetings to align on goals, address challenges, and recognize achievements.
Help onboard and train new hires on equipment, processes, and best practices.
What you’ll bring
High school diploma or equivalent; coursework or a degree in manufacturing or a related field is a plus.
Hands-on production/manufacturing background with 2+ years in a leadership capacity.
Working knowledge of production methods and quality control standards.
Clear, confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting and pivot as priorities change.
Comfort with production management software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
Sharp problem-solving ability and keen attention to detail.
