Your mission: keep every machine performing at its best so our food processing operation never misses a beat.

As our go-to maintenance pro, you’ll apply sharp troubleshooting skills and on-the-spot problem solving to keep downtime to a minimum. Experience maintaining pallet jacks is a plus, and you’ll work with material handling equipment daily.

Who we are

Dietz & Watson began in 1939 when Gottlieb Dietz, a German sausage maker, set out to craft exceptionally flavorful, top-quality deli meats. Using old-world methods, the freshest lean beef, ham, pork, turkey breast, and chicken breast, and select natural spices sourced globally, he committed to “quality above all.”

Now led by the fourth generation, Dietz & Watson upholds that legacy—exceeding government standards, pursuing both perfection and originality, producing premium deli meats and artisan cheeses, and creating small-batch, hand-churned cheeses with the same unwavering dedication to quality.

Military experience welcomed.
