Job Description: Grand Performer Inc. dba Beaver Creek Lodge, A Kessler Collection Resort is looking to fill Housekeeping Attendant positions in Avon, Colorado. This is a temporary full-time peakload position & we are looking to fill 7 job openings for employment from November 01, 2025 to April 19, 2026.
Duties: Clean guest accommodations at luxury property. Make beds and change linens. Clean bathrooms. Dust furniture, window ledges and shelves. Vacuum carpeted areas. Stock guest rooms with amenities. Remove trash. Maintain carts and linen rooms. May also help with laundry service, which includes washing, drying, and folding linen. Clean common areas such as lobbies, hallways, bathrooms and recreation areas. Report damage to guest rooms and report lost items. Comply with all resort and OSHA standards.
Requirements: Must have a minimum of one year of housekeeping experience. Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
Terms & Conditions of Employment: At least $20.00/per hour to $22.00/per hour, at least 35 hrs/wk, Monday-Sunday, 8.00 AM to 4.00 PM (schedule, hours and shifts vary). Overtime is available as needed. Overtime rate of pay is at least $30.00/per hour to $33.00/per hour.
Transportation: From the place from which the worker has come to work, whether in the U.S. or abroad, to the place of employment, if the worker completes 50% of the work contract period, the employer will reimburse for transportation and subsistence (including meals and, to the extent necessary, lodging) from the place of recruitment to the place of work.
Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed early, employer will reimburse or pay for worker's reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of $16.28 per day during travel to a maximum of $68.00 per day with receipts.
Tools, equipment & supplies: Employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, & equipment required to perform the job.
Miscellaneous: Employer will use a single workweek as its standard for computing wages due. pay period is every two weeks. Employer will make all payroll deductions required by law. When applicable, employer will reimburse an H-2B worker in the first work week for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related government mandated fees.
Limited subsidized housing is available at a monthly cost of $600-700 per person (shared) or $1200/person (single room). Employer will also assist with housing referrals/leads. With employee's consent, housing costs will be deducted from paycheck. Medical insurance available on first of month after 30 days. Employees receive: (1) ski season pass or, if they stay until April 19, 2026, cash equivalent of ski pass (approx. $900), and (2) Marriott room discounts.
