Store 4707122: 1239 Roosevelt Trail, Raymond, Maine 04071\n \nShift Availability\n \nWeekends Only\n \nJob Type\n \nPart time\n \nESSENTIAL DUTIES:\n \nThe position includes, but is not limited to, the following essential job duties, responsibilities and requirements:\n \nFood Merchandising: \n \nComplies with company guidelines for maximizing sales, profitability and customer service by ensuring all grocery deliveries are accurate, stocked, attractively displayed and priced correctly.\n \nCompletes build-to's for ordering/purchasing merchandise.\n \nMaintains inventory by checking in delivery, pricing items, stocking merchandise according to schematic.\n \nDeliveries are validated by verifying invoices; reviewing discrepancies with Store Manager; delivers outdated merchandise to Store Manager to ensure what the store is being charged verifies with what was delivered.\n \nPrepares displays by assembling, dating and price marking in-store displays.\n \nRotate food items, monitoring quality and freshness measures to protect our customers from illness\n \nMonitor and maintain food preparation area and display cases to attract and retain customers\n \nAssist training new associates (with an emphasis on excellent customer service) when necessary\n \nMonitor and organize inventory to prevent being out of stock on an item a customer stopped in to purchase\n \nCustomer Satisfaction: Provides prompt excellent customer service in a courteous, friendly and attentive manner.\n \nGreets customers as they enter the area and thanks customers as they leave.\n \nResolves or assists to resolve routine customer concerns within established guidelines.\n \nReports to work on time and follows the dress and appearance code.\n \nPrepare and serve quality food and beverage to satisfy the needs of the customer\n \nFacility Condition: Maintains safe and clean work environment by complying with procedures, rules and regulations.\n \nSweeping and mopping or cleaning floors.\n \nDusting and/or washing windows, counters, displays, store areas and bathrooms.\n \nPicking up and disposing of trash, litter or debris.\n \nInspect store facilities and equipment for safety, cleanliness, and proper working order.\n \nClean, sanitize, and maintain food service equipment to protect our customers from illness\n \nAdministrative:\n \nAttends job-related meetings (may be required to work irregular hours). \n \nMaintains intradepartmental work flow by fostering a spirit of cooperation.\n \nComply with company policies and procedures\n \nContributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.\n \nPerforms all duties with minimal supervision. \n \nPerforms other duties as assigned by the Store Manager.\n \nJOB REQUIREMENTS:\n\n Minimum age of 18 years old.\n High school diploma or GED preferred.\n Experience in retail sales preferred.\n Ability to work as scheduled including arriving to work on time.\n Ability to communicate information and ideas so others will understand.\n Ability to perform the four (4) basic arithmetic operations (add, subtract, multiply and divide) preferred.\n Ability to perform essential duties and physical functions described below.\n Ability to work in the conditions described below.\n \nPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:\n \nThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
