Sodexo has an exciting opportunity for a Food Operations Manager with the Customs and Border Protection located in Harpers Ferry, WV.  This exciting opportunity is taking care of those that protect our borders. The account has huge potential and growth for career development. The Customs and Border Protection campus is located in an affordable area only 60 miles away from the DC area. Great area for outdoor activities and offers all amenities. The client is very excited to work with a highly motivated and creative person to continue to develop the program and be part of the leadership team. 

What You'll Do:
  • Be a people person with a strong focus with maintaining positive client relations; a solid manager/leader who is perceptive and has attention to details that make a difference – quality and presentation of food – customer service –
  • Be SERVICE focused– including providing excellent customer service in a welcoming dining environment.
  • Be proficient in use of online Food Management Systems for menu/recipe planning, ordering and inventory;
  • Demonstrate proven financial acumen/success: Food costs/ labor costs, budgets.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 2 years
Minimum Functional Experience – 1 year work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
