Responsibilities include training staff, guiding front-line employees, maintaining menu knowledge, resolving guest issues, assisting with seating and service, ensuring food quality and cleanliness, supporting sanitation standards, assisting with product ordering, taking food and beverage orders, covering staffing gaps, managing scheduling, reviewing guest feedback, and performing additional duties as needed.
