THE ROLE

We are seeking a hands-on Food & Beverage Manager to oversee daily operations across restaurant, banquet, and event service.

This role is focused on execution, service quality, and operational discipline.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee daily F&B operations across all outlets
• Manage banquet and event execution
• Ensure high service standards and guest satisfaction
• Control labor and operational costs
• Train, coach, and develop team members

WHAT WE NEED

• Strong full-service hotel F&B experience
• Experience managing banquets and high-volume service
• Ability to lead teams and drive accountability
• Focus on both guest experience and cost control

REQUIREMENTS

• Prior F&B leadership experience
• Ability to work flexible schedule (nights/weekends)
• Strong operational and leadership skills
