THE ROLE
We are seeking a hands-on Food & Beverage Manager to oversee daily operations across restaurant, banquet, and event service.
This role is focused on execution, service quality, and operational discipline.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Oversee daily F&B operations across all outlets

Manage banquet and event execution

Ensure high service standards and guest satisfaction

Control labor and operational costs

Train, coach, and develop team members
WHAT WE NEED

Strong full-service hotel F&B experience

Experience managing banquets and high-volume service

Ability to lead teams and drive accountability

Focus on both guest experience and cost control
REQUIREMENTS

Prior F&B leadership experience

Ability to work flexible schedule (nights/weekends)
