Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Food & Beverage Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our food and beverage services within a hospitality environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for customer service, and a keen understanding of food handling and preparation. As an Food & Beverage Manager, you will work closely with the Food & Beverage Director to deliver exceptional dining experiences while supervising staff and maintaining high standards of quality.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for management of daily food and beverage operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Supervise and train staff in food handling, customer service, and kitchen procedures.
  • Oversee food preparation processes to ensure quality and presentation meet established standards.
  • Manage inventory levels, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to develop menu items that align with customer preferences and seasonal offerings.
  • Utilize POS systems for efficient order processing and tracking sales.
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.
  • Implement strategies to enhance service efficiency in quick-service or fast-food restaurant settings.
  • Support the Food & Beverage Manager in planning special events or promotions.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in hospitality or food service management is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of food handling practices and kitchen operations.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
  • Familiarity with POS systems for order management.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
