We are seeking an experienced Food and Beverage Manager to oversee kitchen operations within the South East Mass District.
- Lead daily food prep, ensure quality and safety standards
- Hire, train, coach, and develop a small team
- Manage inventory, costs, and operational processes
- Support menu implementation and growth
- Work closely with store leadership to deliver high-quality food and service
- Travel initially within the district, then manage a specific kitchen station
- Maintain high standards, motivate staff, and handle performance issues
