We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Food & Beverage Director to lead our culinary and beverage operations. This role requires a passionate leader who can elevate our guest experience through impeccable service standards, innovative menu planning, and efficient management of all food and beverage outlets. 

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all food and beverage operations across the Opal Collection properties, ensuring consistency and quality.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to increase revenue and optimize cost control.
  • Lead, motivate, and train food and beverage teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Collaborate with culinary teams to create innovative menus that align with brand standards and guest preferences.
  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to maximize value.
  • Ensure all health, safety, and sanitation policies are strictly adhered to in compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Analyze financial reports and implement corrective actions to achieve operational goals.
  • Stay current with industry trends and competitive landscape to maintain a leading market position.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Food & Beverage Director or in a senior food and beverage management position.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team.
  • Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and operational procedures.
  • Ability to analyze financial data and develop profitable business strategies.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Willingness to work in Portsmouth, NH and travel between properties as needed.
