The Role: As a Restaurant Supervisor, you support daily restaurant operations, assist in leading the service team, and ensure guests receive warm, attentive, and consistent service. You help maintain a clean and organized dining room, guide team members, and resolve guest issues with professionalism.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Supervise restaurant staff during daily service
- Support training, coaching, and performance of servers, hosts, and bussers
- Ensure excellent guest service and handle service recovery when needed
- Oversee table sections, flow of service, and overall dining room operations
- Assist with opening and closing procedures
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen and bar teams
- Support inventory tracking, side work, and setup tasks
- Help ensure compliance with hotel and brand standards
