Job Summary
Chartwells Higher Education is looking for a motivated, hands-on leader to join our team as a Food and Beverage Manager for an exciting new pub opening at Xavier University.
This is a unique opportunity to be part of a grand opening and help establish one of the campus's newest gathering spots. You'll lead daily operations, drive financial success, build and develop your team, and create an exceptional guest experience from day one. You'll be responsible for ensuring compliance with contract requirements, Health Department regulations, and company standards while maintaining the highest levels of food quality, freshness, and presentation.
The schedule is Wednesday through Sunday from 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM, placing you at the center of the pub's busiest and most energetic hours. To make those late nights easier, there's a dedicated parking lot located right next to the venue, and campus security is available to escort you to your vehicle after each shift.
If you enjoy leading teams, thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment, and want to play a key role in launching a brand-new campus destination, this may be the role for you!
