Responsibilities
- Serve customers as needed to support the team and enhance the guest experience
- Manage inventory
- Supervise and train staff to maintain high service standards
- Plan menus with the Chef aligned with seasonal availability and customer preferences
- Ensure quality control across all food and beverage offerings
- Deliver excellent customer service and promptly address concerns
- Lead a small team of under 10 employees in daily operations
