Responsibilities

• Serve customers as needed to support the team and enhance the guest experience
• Manage inventory
• Supervise and train staff to maintain high service standards
• Plan menus with the Chef aligned with seasonal availability and customer preferences
• Ensure quality control across all food and beverage offerings
• Deliver excellent customer service and promptly address concerns
• Lead a small team of under 10 employees in daily operations
