Job Summary
Under the general direction of the Food and Beverage Services Supervisor, leads concession operations at the RecPlex, Raccoon River Park Softball Complex, Holiday Aquatic Center, and Valley View Aquatic Center.
- Assists customers and staff while ensuring a high level of food quality within a fast-paced environment.
- Assigns tasks to concession staff.
- Accurately processes and balances transactions.
- Ensures the accuracy and completion of all food and equipment logs.
- Maintains a clean and safe work environment.
- Responsible for training of new concession staff.
- Assists with assessing inventory and preparing product orders.

Job Description: Food and Beverage Lead
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- High school diploma or equivalent plus previous concessions, restaurant, or bar experience is preferred.
Additional After Hire Requirements
- First Aid, CPR, AED certification, within 30 days of employment.
- ServSafe certification, within 30 days of employment.
- IPACT certification, within 30 days of employment.
- If designated by department, possession of a valid drivers license.
