Responsibilities:
What You'll Do:
As Food & Beverage Manager, you will oversee the daily operations and profitability of all food and beverage areas while leading a team dedicated to exceptional guest service.
Responsibilities include:
- Leading, coaching, and developing restaurant, banquet, bar, and breakfast teams
- Managing daily operations of Fire & Ice Restaurant & Bar
- Overseeing banquet, catering, and convention center food and beverage functions
- Ensuring exceptional guest experiences
- Managing labor, food, beverage, and operating costs
- Recruiting, hiring, and training associates
- Monitoring inventory, purchasing, and cost controls
- Maintaining health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Working closely with culinary, sales, and hotel leadership teams to achieve revenue and guest satisfaction goals
- Driving operational excellence while creating a positive and engaging work environment
Qualifications:
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 3 years of food and beverage management experience
- Hotel, resort, restaurant, or convention center experience preferred
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Experience managing budgets, labor costs, and inventory
- Passion for guest service and hospitality
- Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
