What you’ll do:
- Lead all food & beverage operations with a guest-first mindset
- Inspire and develop outlet managers and banquet teams
- Drive revenue, profitability, and memorable experiences
- Partner with the Executive Chef on innovative menus and concepts
- Maintain top-tier service, safety, and hospitality standards
- Be a visible leader on the floor and build lasting guest relationships

What we’re looking for:
- 3+ years of leadership experience in hospitality or luxury F&B
- Strong operational, financial, and team leadership skills
- Passion for service, culture, and creating standout experiences
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
