What will you do?

  • Coordinate leadership calendars, schedule internal and external meetings, and arrange travel itineraries as needed
  • Prepare agendas, meeting materials, packets, minutes, and follow-up tracking to support effective leadership meetings
  • Draft, edit, and distribute professional correspondence, reports, and internal communications
  • Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems, event files, contracts, insurance certificates, and compliance records
  • Support daily office and event operations, including supplies, equipment, workspace setup, onboarding documentation, and logistical needs for games, concerts, and special events
  • Provide administrative, financial, and cross-departmental coordination support during routine operations and high impact or unexpected events

More about you

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or office position, including experience with office administrative procedures, use, and operation of standard office equipment
  • Previous experience with Microsoft Office Suite
  • High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Basic math skills
  • No degree required
