Your Role: As FOH Team Lead, you'll support all shifts by:

• Ensuring attention to detail in every guest interaction and service standard
• Leading by example with genuine hospitality and team-first mentality
• Supporting servers and front-of-house staff to help them succeed
• Coordinating daily operations to maintain smooth service flow
• Addressing guest needs proactively and resolving concerns with grace
• Managing reservations, seating, and party room logistics
• Training and mentoring team members in our service philosophy
