Role Overview

We re hiring a Front of House Team Lead to support daily service, lead by example, and help grow our catering business. This is a hands-on role combining barista work, FOH leadership, and catering business development, with real opportunity for advancement and financial upside.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead front-of-house service and deliver excellent guest experiences
  • Support, train, and guide FOH team members during shifts
  • Manage order pars and vendor relationships
  • Conduct outreach and coordination of catering orders
  • Earn monetary incentives tied directly to catering sales growth
  • Learn All aspects of the Manager s duties to be able to perform them in their absence
  • Prepare coffee, espresso drinks, food, and beverages to standards
  • Take and manage orders accurately (in-store, phone, catering)
  • Handle cash and POS transactions
  • Maintain a clean, organized, guest-ready environment
  • Identify and convert catering opportunities from guests and local businesses
  • Open/Close the store as scheduled
  • Take charge when the Manager/Chef are absent

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Food service, barista, or customer service experience preferred
  • Basic math and cash-handling skills
