Front of House Director
The Front of House Director is a senior leader responsible for creating a culture of exceptional hospitality while driving operational excellence throughout all guest-facing areas of the restaurant. This role provides vision, accountability, and coaching for Front of House leaders and team members, ensuring every guest receives a Remarkable experience.
The Front of House Director partners closely with the Executive Leadership Team to execute the restaurant's strategic goals, develop future leaders, and maintain high standards of performance. This position requires a servant leader who can balance development, operational execution, and business performance in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
Provide strategic leadership for all Front of House operations
Lead, coach, and develop Team Leaders and Team Members through intentional mentoring
Build and sustain a culture of hospitality, teamwork, and operational excellence
Ensure exceptional execution in Front Counter, Drive-Thru, Mobile Orders, Dining Room, and Catering
Monitor and improve key performance indicators, including speed of service, guest satisfaction, labor, and accuracy
Resolve guest concerns professionally while creating opportunities to exceed expectations
Partner with Leadership on staffing, scheduling, talent development, and succession planning
Conduct performance reviews, coaching conversations, and corrective action when necessary
Lead onboarding and leadership development initiatives for Front of House
Ensure compliance with Chick-fil-A operational standards, food safety, cash handling, and company policies
Identify opportunities to improve systems and operational efficiency
Serve as the primary operational leader during assigned shifts and ensure consistentexecution across all guest-facing areas
Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year of experience leading teams of 20 or more
Proven ability to develop leaders and build high-performing teams
Strong communication, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills
Demonstrated ability to analyze operations and improve performance
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Open availability, including Fridays, Saturdays, and holidays
