Build robust, compliant structures by executing precision welds on large metal components to exacting engineering and quality benchmarks.
Core duties
- Produce top‑tier welds with consistency and accuracy
- Prep and grind parts from prints and verbal guidance
- Apply full‑proficiency FCAW and SMAW techniques
- Utilize larger wire diameters across multiple applications
- Configure and adjust welding parameters for peak performance
- Interpret technical drawings and specifications
Minimum qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 3+ years in fabrication and structural welding
- Demonstrated skill with SMAW, FCAW, and GMAW
- Effective in both team environments and solo work
- Commitment to safety and superior workmanship
