Responsibilities

Transition an existing Personal Lines and/or Commercial book of business to the agency in accordance with carrier, contractual, and regulatory requirements

Produce new Personal Lines and/or Commercial insurance business throughout the state of Florida

Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients and referral partners

Focus on new sales production and growth

Collaborate with the agencys service team, which will handle:

• Policy endorsements and changes

• Certificates of insurance

• Renewal quoting and processing

• Ongoing customer service requests

Utilize agency systems and carrier platforms for quoting and binding new business

Participate in onboarding and training related to agency workflows and carrier markets

Maintain compliance with Florida insurance regulations and agency standards

Support retention efforts through proactive relationship management

Active Florida Property & Casualty insurance license

Existing Personal Lines and/or Commercial book of business (required)

Proven experience in Personal Lines and/or Commercial insurance sales

Strong client, referral, and carrier relationships

Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment

Ethical, professional sales practices

Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on long-term growth
