What You’ll Do
As a Floral Support Assistant, you’ll be right in the heart of the action—working closely with our designers, customer service team, and delivery crew to keep things running smoothly and beautifully. Your day might include:
- Prepping fresh flowers (stripping, trimming, hydrating)
- Wrapping and packaging completed arrangements for delivery
- Processing incoming flower shipments and organizing inventory
- Tidying and maintaining workspaces and supplies
- Greeting walk-in customers and answering phones
- Taking and entering orders with care and accuracy
- Helping out wherever needed—we’re a team!
What We’re Looking For
This is an ideal entry-level position for someone who:
- Loves working with their hands and has an eye for detail
- Thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Brings a positive, can-do attitude every day
- Is organized, reliable, and ready to learn
- Communicates well and enjoys helping customers
Previous experience in retail, customer service, or creative fields is a plus, but not required. We’re happy to train the right person!
Job Requirements
- Ability to stand, move quickly, and bend throughout your shift
- Can lift up to 20 lbs frequently
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays during peak times
- Eagerness to learn and grow within a supportive team
