This entry-level Floral Assistant role reports to the Floral Department Manager.
Its primary objective is to support the manager in delivering quality products in a clean, friendly environment.
Key responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, greeting and thanking customers, assisting with daily duties, adhering to safety and store standards, receiving and stocking deliveries, rotating stock, applying markdown coupons, and merchandising to promote sales.
The position requires physical effort such as lifting up to 60 lbs., standing, moving, and handling materials.
Must be able to use sharp tools safely and work in a sometimes slippery environment.
Basic physical requirements include good vision and hearing, dexterity, and the ability to work on various workstations.
