By maintaining floors through cleaning, polishing, and preventive care, they help reduce slip-and-fall risks and support the overall health and well-being of residents. Their attention to detail ensures common areas and resident spaces remain attractive and comfortable, contributing to a positive living experience. The Floor Techs work directly impacts the communitys appearance, safety standards, and residents quality of life every day.
