Location: Columbus, OH
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM
Weekends: As Needed

Clean Team Inc. is looking for a dependable and motivated Floor Tech Supervisor to lead our evening cleaning operations. This position is ideal for someone with cleaning experience who enjoys leading a team, maintaining high standards, and providing excellent service to our customers.
As a Floor Tech Supervisor, you will oversee cleaning staff during assigned shifts, ensure work is completed correctly, and help create a positive and productive work environment. You will work closely with team members, management, and clients to make sure all cleaning tasks are completed safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and support cleaning staff during scheduled shifts
Train, coach, and assist team members as needed
Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met
Ensure proper use of cleaning equipment, supplies, and safety procedures
Address employee performance and attendance concerns
Communicate effectively with management and clients
Assist with cleaning and floor care duties when needed
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
Complete required reports and documentation accurately
Qualifications
Previous janitorial, custodial, floor care, or cleaning experience required
Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to motivate, support, and lead a team by example
Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical work throughout the shift
