Pegasus Senior Living is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Floor Nurse to join our Health & Wellness team. In this role, you will support residents with medication administration, daily care needs, and overall wellness while helping create a safe, home-like environment. You will also provide oversight to care associates and act as a mentor within the community.
What You'll Do
Provide medication assistance or administration according to state requirements
Support residents with ADLs, treatments, environmental orientation, and care while encouraging independence
Receive and give shift reports; review associate schedules and service delivery tasks
Observe and report changes in resident condition, needs, or preferences
Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents and staff
Act as a lead trainer and mentor for Care Partners and other associates
Assist with move-ins, service plan conferences, and coordination of care with ancillary providers
Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and state regulations
Uphold Pegasus Senior Living’s mission of dignity, privacy, independence, and choice for all residents
What We Are Looking For
Current LVN/LPN or RN license
Minimum 1 year of nursing experience in Assisted Living or Memory Care
Strong leadership and supervisory skills
Knowledge of drug actions, interactions, and comprehensive assessment skills
Ability to lift/move up to 25 lbs frequently and up to 100 lbs occasionally
Excellent communication skills and a passion for serving seniors

The salary range for this position is $36.00 to 40.00.
