QUALIFICATIONS
  • Licensing: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (CDL is not required).
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
  • Customer Service: Strong customer service background with a focus on building relationships.
  • Sales Acumen: Ability to spot upselling opportunities and confidently pitch new services.
  • Adaptability: Flexible mindset to handle shifting routes, traffic, or unexpected road changes.
  • Teamwork: Collaborative spirit to work effectively with warehouse staff and management.
  • Technology: Proficient in using GPS navigation, WhatsApp, and our mobile app for routing & proof of delivery. 
RESPONSIBILITIES

Daily Routine & Responsibilities

  • 8:00 AM Arrival: Report to the warehouse to start your shift.
  • Load Inventory: Pull and load the specific mats and products required for your daily route.
  • Customer Service & Exchange: Deliver clean products and collect dirty inventory at each client location.
  • Digital Documentation: Obtain customer signatures on company-provided cell phones upon delivery.
  • Payment Collection: Securely collect cash or check payments from customers as as needed.
  • Unload Inventory: Return to the warehouse to unload dirty products at the end of the route.
  • Daily Paperwork: Complete and submit all required route documentation.
  • Vehicle Upkeep: Maintain the cleanliness of your assigned delivery vehicle.
  • Vehicle Maintenance: Perform general maintenance, including refueling and checking fluid levels.
  • Service Coordination: Schedule company-paid oil changes, tire rotations, and replacements.

Customer Service: Maintain strong relationships with current clients through regular, reliable contact.


Product Delivery: Ensure timely and accurate delivery of floor mats, towels, mops, and restroom supplies.


Sales Growth: Upsell additional products to existing accounts and actively solicit new business in the area.

 

Heavy Lifting: You will be required to consistently lift up 50+ lbs of inventory at a time throughout the day. 

Drug test, driving record and background will be checked upon job offer.
