The Floating Store Manager is a key leader within the US Commercial team responsible for driving store performance, developing a high-performing team, and delivering exceptional customer experience. This role leads daily store operations with a strong focus on sales growth, profitability, operational excellence, and team development.The Floating Store Manager empowers their team to achieve outstanding results by building strong customer relationships, improving sales performance, and ensuring the store operates efficiently and effectively.You will work across multiple stores within the Georgia territory such as Dalton, Calhoun, and Rome.Key Responsibilities Lead daily store operations to achieve sales, profitability, customer service, and operational goalsRecruit, train, coach, and develop store team members to build a high-performing team and support career growthSchedule employees, manage labor costs, and ensure appropriate staffing levelsCoach associates on selling techniques, product knowledge, and upselling strategies to drive premium product adoptionPartner with Sales Representatives and leadership to grow business through customer outreach, sales calls, and prospect developmentDeliver an exceptional customer experience through strong service standards, customer engagement, and issue resolutionManage inventory levels, product availability, ordering, and inventory accuracyMaintain merchandising standards, product presentation, and store organizationOversee cash handling, POS processes, and daily financial reportingEnsure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational proceduresAnalyze sales performance, financial results, and store scorecards to make informed business decisionsDevelop and execute local sales and marketing initiatives aligned with company strategiesCollaborate with regional and operational leaders to achieve business objectivesQualifications 1–3 years of retail store experience requiredHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredPrevious retail management or outside sales experience preferredStrong leadership, coaching, and customer service skillsAbility to analyze financial data and make business decisionsPaint, coatings, or related product knowledge preferredAbility to work flexible hours and shifts (minimum 45 hours per week)Valid driver's license requiredAbility to lift up to 80 pounds occasionally and 40–60 pounds routinely, including standing, lifting, carrying, reaching, stooping, kneeling, and crouchingProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and internet-based applicationsSuccess Factors The ideal candidate demonstrates:Strong understanding of customer needs and market opportunitiesProven ability to drive sales results and achieve business goalsAbility to motivate, coach, and develop a teamStrong operational and financial acumenPositive, energetic, and adaptable approach in a fast-paced environmentAbility to build trust, promote teamwork, and drive continuous improvementApplicants mustbe authorized towork in the U.S. without employment-based visa sponsorship (now or in the future).
