This role involves overseeing and performing maintenance work to ensure the safety, cleanliness, and functionality of residential community buildings, grounds, and amenities.
Assist with resident service requests, diagnose issues, and complete repairs following safety standards and codes.
Manage "make-ready" processes to prepare units for new residents by inspecting, scheduling vendors, and completing necessary maintenance.
Set and maintain standards for community appearance, inspecting grounds, buildings, and common areas regularly.
Supervise work quality by inspecting tasks performed by staff and contractors, ensuring adherence to quality and scope.
Maintain inventory of parts and supplies, order materials within budget, and perform preventative maintenance.
Support safety compliance through regular meetings, maintaining MSDS sheets, and following OSHA regulations.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing resident inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
