The Floating Maintenance Manager is a full-time role supporting properties in Durham, NC, and Richmond, VA, earning $30–$34/hour.
Lead and perform complex repairs in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances.
Travel across the region to ensure units are ready and service requests are resolved.
Assist in training on-site technicians and promote a culture of skill development.
