Winterwood, Inc. is seeking a customer-focused Floating Leasing Agent to support multiple apartment communities throughout the Louisville, Kentucky and Southern Indiana region. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about helping individuals and families find their next home.
Position Details:
- Job Type: Full-time (40 hours per week)
- Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with some weekend availability required
- Compensation: $20.00 per hour

What We're Looking For:
- 1+ year of housing or apartment leasing experience.
- Experience with property management software is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to different teams and property environments
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Willingness to complete a pre-employment drug screening and criminal background check.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
What You'll Do:
- Travel between assigned properties to support leasing operations as needed
- Assume responsibility for the leasing process and effectively market the property
- Assist in projecting upcoming move-outs to quickly fill units and maintain target occupancy
- Greet prospective residents and provide exceptional customer service
- Conduct property tours and highlight community features and benefits
- Process rental applications, verify supporting documentation, and assist with lease execution while ensuring full compliance with company policies and applicable leasing regulations.
- Maintain accurate tenant files
- Perform other tasks as assigned
